Raphael is a researcher and public policy expert. He holds a master’s degree in Research and Public Policy from Maseno University, Kenya and a Bachelors Degree of Arts: with a major in Political Science, and minors in Sociology and Economics from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He is a passionate researcher with interests geared towards enhancing the uptake of research evidence in public policy and practice in developing democracies. Raphael has a vast experience working with both private and public institutions in various research capacities. Some of the organizations he has worked with include : African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), The Kenya Postel Directories Limited- (The Yellow Pages), The Center for Parliamentary Studies and Training (CPST)/ the State University of New York (SUNY)/ the Agile and Harmonized Assistance for Devolved Institutions (AHADI), and the County Assembly of Siaya.

Paul is an accomplished professional accountant with over 15 years financial management experience in institutions of learning in Kenya. He is trained at the Kenya College of Accountancy (KCA) as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as in business law, business management, taxation and audit. He specializes in various financial management skills including; account reconciliations and processes, calculating liabilities, tax laws, fiscal budgeting, statutory reporting, general financial management reporting, book keeping, cash flow analysis and quick books. Paul is an excellent team player whose synergy has been key in keeping the financial records and general financial management of the CBO in requisite accounting standards. He is currently volunteering at Blessed Overcomers™ CBO as the Head of Finance.

Allan is a professional Community Resource Manager with over five(5) years of experience in rendering community and administrative functions, helping people of all ages and kinds to mobilize their resources for sustainable livelihood development in non-profit organizations. He has a wealth of experience coordinating various projects in different none-profit organizations including KEMRI-FACES, Nyanza Reproductive Health Society, Blessed Overcomers and CFW. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Resource Management& Extension from Kenyatta University, a Certificate in MARP Sensitivity Training Course from International AIDS Vaccine Initiative and Computer Application certification. Allan is currently volunteering at the Blessed Overcomers CBO as the projects coordinator.
